Another night of frights and delights was held at the department of Digital Media on October 30, 2024!
Featuring pizza, pumpkins, and costume fun, this annual event takes place every semester during Fall as the program's official Halloween party. For this event, we offer a variety of hands-on activities for students including pumpkin decorating, giveaways, and a movie night of their choice.
This year's event showcased Laika classic "Coraline". Students from all majors across campus are encouraged to join... if they dare!

Students joined in on the set-up process to be hands-on helping the event thrive. I have come to learn over my years of working with students that part of "curating an experience" is for a student to feel a part of it. We had students helping with the balloon arch for the event, some of which had never even blown up balloons before. Student teamwork is one of the most successful tactics when doing these events- something I learned during my time with ETSU-Con.
